These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Flowaura website and the purchase of our products.

1. Products Offered

We sell physical products including prints and clothing items.

2. Custom or Made‑to‑Order Pieces

We currently do not offer custom or made‑to‑order items online.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • If an item is returned damaged or visibly used, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

4. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • iDEAL

  • PayPal

  • Visa

  • Debit cards

5. Shipping

  • NL shipping is included in product prices.

  • Orders are shipped via PostNL; DHL may be added in the future.

  • Delivery time: up to 10 working days.

  • EU shipping will be available later.

6. Product Disclaimer

Colours and materials may vary slightly from product photos due to lighting and screen differences.

7. Customer Accounts

Account creation and login will be offered at a later stage. For now, checkout is guest‑only.

8. Limits of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Damage occurring after delivery

  • Misuse of the product

9. User‑Generated Content

We currently do not accept user‑generated content such as reviews or comments.

10. Restrictions on Resale and Commercial Use

Purchases are for personal use only. Resale or commercial use of our products or designs is strictly prohibited without written permission.
